At Mr.Shi, we want every student, parent, and educator to have a positive learning experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Please contact us before returning any item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used experiment materials
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Customized educational kits
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for processing
- Additional time depending on your payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is the result of:
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item
- A manufacturing defect
Mr.Shi will cover the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Educational Donation Orders
Orders placed as part of a school donation, classroom support program, or educational outreach initiative may be subject to additional review before cancellation or refund approval.

Missing Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with household members
- Check nearby delivery locations
- Contact the shipping carrier
